These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Breakpoint app and website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Breakpoint provides fishing intelligence, including ranked hotspots, ocean layers, and route planning. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or resell any part of it.

Breakpoint offers scientific guidance, not guarantees. Hotspots are model-based predictions and should never replace proper seamanship, navigation equipment, official charts, or marine weather services. Always check conditions and fish responsibly.

Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time, and your logged catches and waypoints remain accessible to you.

All content, models, and software that make up Breakpoint are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakpoint is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the service, including decisions made while fishing or navigating.
