- Awards include citations by species, a Big Fish Award for the largest fish of each recognized species, Live Release Awards (catch made in Delaware waters or off the Atlantic coast), and a Youth Division. Anglers with citations for five different species in one year are recognized as Elite Anglers. Each angler may receive only one saltwater and one freshwater award per year.
